As a responsible and responsive organization, C3 has been involved various environmental projects, for instance, the company is involved in Garbage Truck procurement for African States with five years payment plan proceeds of which has been structured into series of environmental friendly activities, one of which is known as Student Trees. Student Trees is a project whereby students from Secondary Schools in Africa are encourage in organic tree seedling raising.

Also market waste is being encouraged to be recycled into organic fertilizers of various grade. A seasoned Professor of Agronomy, Professor Gideon Adeoye has been appointed to oversee this project. The first Plant will be launched in Africa early 2010.

Nigeria Organic Agriculture Network

Nigeria Organic Agriculture Network –The aim of the Nigeria Organic Agriculture Network, NOAN program is to develop exports of organic products from Nigeria. Participating States in Nigeria get opportunities to increase and diversify their exports. At the same time, the agricultural sector is exposed to innovative and environmentally sound farming techniques. NOAN is a private sector program, developing markets on the local and international levels through business, and in doing so it is expected to benefit rural communities by increasing agricultural production and smallholder farmers’ incomes.

The N2.5 billion project is in partnership with the Olusegun Obasanjo Center for Organic Research and Development, Moor Plantation, Ibadan and Agro Eco of Netherlands. Project starts by March 2010.

Organic Fertiliser Project: With the Olusegun Obasanjo Center for Organic Research and Development. All equipment has been purchased and project starts mid 2010.

Supply of UREA and NPK 15-15-15 Fertilizers to All Farmers Associations of Nigeria.
